You can delete your PaisaGames account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please withdraw any remaining balance before you delete — an unwithdrawn balance is forfeited, and we cannot restore it afterwards.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

2Open Profile, then Settings
3Choose Delete account
4Confirm — your account and data are removed immediately
Option 2 — By email (if you can’t sign in)
Uninstalled the app, or locked out of your account? Email us from the address you registered with and we will delete it for you.
Include your registered email address and registered mobile number so we can verify it’s you. We respond within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. We will never ask for your password, OTP, PIN or card details — anyone who does is attempting fraud.
What gets deleted
Your account, login credentials and profile details
Your name, email address and mobile number
Your reward balance, earnings history and offer completions
Your referral links and the record of who referred you
Saved payout destinations (UPI IDs, bank and wallet details)
Your notifications and signed-in sessions
What we must keep, and for how long
KYC and financial records — up to 8 years. Indian tax law and anti-money-laundering rules require us to retain records of identity verification and money paid out. We cannot delete these on request, and neither can you waive the requirement.
A closure record, and a block on your email. Every deletion — not only one for fraud — leaves a short record of the closed account: the email address, name, mobile number, country, the balances and KYC status at that moment, and the date. The email address is also blocked from registering again, because without that a single sign-in with Google, Facebook or Apple would silently recreate the account. Support can lift the block if you want to come back. It is used for nothing else, and you can ask us to erase the closure record itself at grievance@paisagames.com.
Retained records are held in restricted storage, are not used to contact you, and are not used for advertising or profiling. Everything not covered above is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
